Description
In this project, I'm trying to link changes in physiological traits such as molecular biomarkers with changes in morphological, life history and behavioral traits. More specifically for the behavioral part, I'm using open-source softwares for tracking tadpoles trajectory and parameters such as speed and activity. On this purpose, I developed a 8 day post fertilization protocol using X. laevis tadpoles.
